Can I upload my own design to customize a shirt?
At this time, we do not offer personalized design upload services — all items in our shop are pre-designed. If we introduce customization options in the future, we'll announce it on our website.
How should I wash and care for my shirt?
We recommend washing inside out in cold water and avoiding bleach to help preserve the print and fabric quality.
How does the shirt fit?
Our shirts feature a true-to-size, unisex fit — a relaxed, comfortable silhouette that suits most body types. We recommend checking the size chart on each product page before ordering to find your best fit.
What is the T-shirt made of?
Our shirts are made from 100% Ring Spun Cotton — softer, stronger, and more durable than standard cotton, and pre-shrunk for a consistent fit wash after wash. The lightweight, breathable fabric (approx. 4.5 oz) keeps you comfortable all day. Our Heather collection is made from 65% Polyester / 35% Ring Spun Cotton, 4.5 oz/yd².
How long does it take to receive my refund?
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Posting times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
What happens if my package is lost in transit?
If there have been no tracking updates for 14 days, please email us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
Tracking shows my package was delivered, but I never received it. What should I do?
Please try the following first: 1) Check with household members, neighbors, or building management. 2) Contact the carrier directly for more details. 3) Email us at support@yogabloom.shop with your order number.
We may request documentation (such as a carrier claim or police report) before approving a replacement or refund.
Can I return or exchange my item if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Because our items are made-to-order, we generally don't accept returns or exchanges for: incorrect size selection, change of mind, or preference-related reasons (e.g., color differences due to screen settings).
Please review the size chart on each product page carefully before ordering. For size-related issues, we may offer a one-time discounted reprint (no return required) — availability depends on the product, so feel free to reach out to us.
My item arrived damaged or defective — can I get a replacement or refund?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we'll provide either a free replacement, or a full refund (if a replacement isn't possible).
Please email support@yogabloom.shop within 30 days of delivery, including your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos showing the problem (required for damage/defect claims).
Can I change my address or cancel my order after placing it?
Please email us at support@yogabloom.shop as soon as possible if you need to update your address or cancel your order. Since all items are made-to-order, once your order enters production, we may not be able to make changes or cancel it. Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as additional fees may apply if a package is returned due to an incorrect address.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the shipping label is created.
How long will it take to receive my order?
All our items are Print-on-Demand, meaning we start making your item once your order is placed. Production typically takes 2–5 business days (printing + quality check), and shipping takes an additional 3–7 business days. In total, most orders arrive within 7–12 business days.
Please note these are estimates only — actual delivery may be affected by peak seasons, weather, or carrier delays. During the holiday season (November–December), production and shipping times may be extended by an additional 2–5 business days, so we recommend ordering early.
