Refund Policy (Print-on-Demand Products)

Because our items are made-to-order, we handle returns and refunds a bit differently. This policy explains when we can offer a replacement or refund, and what we need to help you quickly.

Our Promise (If We Made a Mistake)

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll provide either:

  • A free replacement, or
  • A full refund (if a replacement isn’t possible)

1) Reporting an Issue (Required)

Please email support@yogabloom.shop within 30 days of delivery, and include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos showing the problem (required for damage/defect claims)

2) Order Cancellations (Made-to-Order)

  • If your order has not entered production, we’ll do our best to cancel and refund your original payment method.
  • Once an order enters production (or has shipped), cancellation may not be possible.

3) Size Exchanges / Change of Mind

Because items are made-to-order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference-related reasons (e.g., color differences due to screen settings)

Please review the size chart on each product page before ordering.
Size help option: For size-related issues, we may offer a one-time discounted reprint option (no return required). Availability depends on the product.

4) Delivery Issues

A) Delivered but not received
If tracking shows Delivered but you can’t locate the package, please contact the carrier first. You can also email us and we’ll help you review the tracking details.

B) Lost in transit
If there are no tracking updates for 14 days, contact us. If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will reship at no cost.

5) Refund Timing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Posting time may vary by bank or card issuer.
