Production: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

Shipping: 3–7 business days (carrier & destination dependent)

Estimated delivery: typically 7–12 business days (production + shipping)

Tracking: sent by email once shipped. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Delays: peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Returns & Refunds (Print-on-Demand)

Because each item is made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll provide a free replacement or a full refund.
