Production: 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays)

Shipping: 3–7 business days (carrier & destination dependent)

Estimated delivery: typically 7–12 business days (production + shipping)

Tracking: sent by email once shipped. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after label creation.

Delays: peak seasons, severe weather, or carrier disruptions may extend delivery times.

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Once production starts, address changes may not be possible.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping promotions (if offered) will be displayed at checkout.

Returns & Refunds (Print-on-Demand)

Because each item is made to order, we generally don’t accept returns or exchanges for size selection or change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, we’ll provide a free replacement or a full refund.
